I have the battery "Tray" with the hold down rods. It bolts to the floor boards. It is in very good shape, barring a little rust, but will clean up nicely. I went with bigger batteries If this is what you need, it is free for the taking. All I want is actual shipping charges. I haven't had the heart to throw it out as I know someone will need one...John (Elbufo@wildblue.net)

John,
I appreciate the offer but that is what I have now, but I want to get back to original. So I will probably be in the same boat as you because I wouldnt be able to toss it out either
Thanks again,
Gerry

Gerry I think what I have is the original battery tray. It measures roughly 11X11 1/2. It has a drool tube and 4 bolt holes in the bottom. It has 2 sets of raised areas stamped into the tray that allow the narrow 12V batteries to sit on. When I bought my M37 the previous owner had already switched to larger batteries. The tray came with the truck. I repainted the inside of the compartment that the tray sat in and if my feeble memory serves me right it should have bolted right in. When she who must be obeyed gets home I will try and get a picture of it...Notice I said try...John

John,
I may take you up on that offer. I think my tray is larger so not original. I need to measure to make sure.
Thanks,
Gerry
