its an RC model, made from scratch... this guys work, or better put, patience, is amazing!

I am NOT a scale modeler, no eyesight or hand/eye coordination for details like this, but I do appreciate someone who does!

This guy is very talented. Here it is 6 years after this video was posted and as a new member of this forum I am enjoying it. I would love to have one of those RC M-37’s. Thanks for posting it.
