Truck Registry

Okay who do I contact about changing information on ownership of a truck within the registry? I sent an email to the truck registry but never received a reply and the information hasn't been changed. Whomever the individual that is at the other end of the e-mail, I apologize if you haven't had a chance to update it and this is just going to take sometime.
