Hi Guys,

Can anyone make out what the yellow message is stenciled on the dash? I think it starts out "TURN OFF...." but then I'm lost.

Mine used to say "TURN OFF RADIO BEFORE DISCONNECTING BATTERY" or something along those lines....

I was going to say it could be Turn Off Radio Before Starting but looking at it I think Pwrwagonfire is probably right.

Is that a mechanical tach/hour meter from a Mack truck in the knock out hole for the defroster? Seems like a lot of RPMs for a diesel, or is it a duplicate speedo?

R_ _ OR _

So it think it starts out.....

TURN OFF BEFORE _ _ _
R_ _ OR _

Maybe TURN OFF BEFORE ??? ROTORS

It could be an Air Force truck, as the exterior looked blue.

What do you think?

Yeah, looking again the last word is not "ROTORS". And yeah, that's a Mack speedo....since it has an ODO. This truck is on Ebay if you want to see more.
