New Mascott Found

After searching ebay and toy shops for two years I finally located the mascott I have been looking for. A near mint 1979 edition of Beetle Bailey's Otto. At nearly two feet tall I am sure he will be a hit this season in the M37

Oh I am always buying parts Gary That reminds me I have to pick up that extra front axle I bought from a fellow last year .

All kidding aside, it was a bittersweet day when Otto came in UPS this week. It was also the day I learned that Jimmie D passed from injuries sustained in a horrific accident in CA while driving his Town Wagon. Jimme was a long time email and Dodge PW chat room buddy of mine, Charles, and a great many others over on the civvy forum. He was loved by many and well respected on the PW Advisor blog as well. A true man of faith and Dodge PW brother, he was critically injured when a gal in a speeding blazer went LOC and hit him head on. He probably drove that road hundred's of times. Rest in peace Jimmy.

So sorry to hear of losing Jimmy; you are absolutely right, David with your message to all, live life to the fullest, as you won't know when it's "your time".
