where are the LU4 winch studs
stuck on winch studs, nobody knows where to find the 9/16x 12 studs that hold the winch to the side frames, thinking of drilling to 5/8 x 12 and make my own ,has anyone had this problem other me ,pulling my hair out looking for those studs ,they seem to be non existant, any help would be much appreciated.thanks jack.

I don't know where to get studs that size, But I found some threaded rod at Mcmaster-Carr that you could make your own from. I think that would be better than drilling it out to 5/8".

Dorman part # 675-046. I bought these in 2011 so I don't know if they're still available but would assume so. good luck.

Re: where are the LU4 winch studs
The original Dodge stud is 2-5/16" long.
The threaded portions are 3/4" long.
The unthreaded shoulder is 13/16" long.
Dorman 675-046 ten-pack will fit.
They are 2-1/2" long.
The coarse thread end is 3/4" long.
The unthreaded shoulder is 3/4" long.
The fine thread end is 1" long.
