I don't have any fenders to spare, but if you find one, the cheapest way to ship is via Greyhound Package Express. I had one shipped from New Mexico to Maryland a few weeks ago for $80 and it got here in 3 days. You have to pick it up at the bus terminal, but if there's one near it's the way to go. Just FYI.
