Another great NOS find..

Post by HingsingM37 »

I have been gathering parts to assemble my spare 230 long block this winter. I picked this NOS Cloyes timing chain for $17 :D The chain is like new and the vintage Cloyes box from the old Cloyes Gear Works in Cleveland was worth the price alone. And yes, it had that great old NOS part smell to it, a little old oil combined with an old box and stale air

Nice find David,

I always enjoy finding NOS parts that are still sealed in the old cartons, makes you wonder sometimes how it has been since it has last seen the light of day.
