Where does the Battery to ground cable attach to the truck? The same spot as the engine ground strap?

If I recall it attaches to the frame under and to the rear of the battery box.

My battery ground is almost immediately to the right of the bell housing, on the frame. The ground off the bell housing is attached there too.
Don't know if this is the mil-spec location.

Thats what i thought might be the spot but if I read the manual correctly the ground cable is 2 ft long so I dont think it would reach there

If we assume the 2' long ground cable is correct, than you might try to find an existing hole in the frame
that can be reached with the 2' cable.
