Does anyone recognize the unit symbol from the back of this tailgate?

You have the National Symbol on the left. (The Star) The yellow and red thing in the middle is saftey device. And it looks like 46 Infantry (46I) on the right hand side. Not much other information.
M37s are HMMWV in my world!

Yellow and Red marking is a convoy safety marking. Usually two of these are found on the back of trucks or one large banner style are used on the back of trailers and tracked vehicles.

The bumper and bumperettes where in bad shape.
We were able to get HQ - 9 something, something.

There is a - 5 after the 461 or 46I.
