On our last trip we stopped off at Balmoral Castle, but unfortunately the Queen wasn't in residence so we weren't invited in for afternoon tea...

Cool, thanks for the pic. Was anybody alarmed about a "Stray Army truck" outside the gate?

If she had been home she would have been able to show you how to change the oil in your truck and where to find all the grease zirks.

Well, there's a souvenir shop at the front gates and the ladies there were delighted to see us all turn up. I think it made their day! Also, a coach full of tourists had arrived and it made a great photo opportunity for them!

Quite so! She did, after all, perform her National Service as a driver in the Army during WWII.

Excellent pictures M37UK, that is an impressive lineup of OD iron at the pub. What are the gas prices there now in your area?

Great pictures Stu. I love seeing your M in line with the other vehicles. Could you tell what the others are ? Hey is that a water truck? It looks like the Matchbox Austin 200 gallon water truck #71 from 1959.
I will get over to your side of the pond someday !!!
Bovington, Imperial War Museum, London, 1 Downing street, Matchbox, Dinky and Corgi. Just a few reasons to visit

All you need is to go north of the border if you'd like to pay more
Price right now - with the dollar around par is $4.16 per gallon...
