Help required:

I am working on my wiring, bit by bit
The schematic i am using seems to suit the B1 model, as it has turn signals, so if anyone hs an earlier one i'd love a copy to bmccann@optusnet.com.au

Now on service park i am only getting 13volts , if anyone has suggestions i'd love to hear them, i rekon bad earth, but where is the earth connection ?

I removed Breaker 15 from under the dash:
Top pin has 5v ??
Bottom pin has 24v

Looking at my number 12 wire that goes to my distributor it apears that it is earthed, should this be correct ?
