OK this may seem like a dumb question but....
Are the knockout's on my truck like any other? Just take a block of wood and a hammer to tap them out?
They seem to be attached a little better then most I've seen.
I don't want to give it a good whack and put a huge dent in my truck. But I also don't want to buy a huge hole-saw I'll only use once if I don't have too...
Knockouts

Mine weren't any tougher to get out-use a socket on the backside that is just a size bigger than the knockout hole, then a rap in the center of the plug should knock it out (and into your socket) without distorting the surrounding metal.

socket....
Thats a great idea Cal-Gary. Should work great for the power cable, and diverter knockouts. Thanks
The one I'm most worried about though is the large knockout for the heat duct to pass into the cab. I guess I'll work on the small ones first and see how that goes...

For the backup use a PVC pipe cap of the diameter that is just over the hole size.

Thanks for all the advice guy's!
But it seems I've got a odd ball cab that was stamped poorly for the knockouts.
The ones in my bed for the antenna wire are clear with deep relief lines. The knockouts in my cab are really vague, and if I didn't already know where they where I'd have trouble finding them.
After lots of bracing, banging, bracing some more, and banging harder...they just will not budge a bit. So I'm going to drill them out.
