Not sure if any of you watch rally, but, I made my yearly pilgrimage back to Houghton Mi, where I went to Michigan Tech, to to watch the Lake superior pro rally, and, it was a fantastic year. Josh - I didn't see full weather parkas, only regular winter jackets, so this must be held in August at the height of summer in the UP? eh?
Played hockey at Michi-Tech back in the day, thanks for the terrific photos of the area. It is really a beautiful area (cold). Made the mistake of trying to go swimming in Lk Superior in July one time... darned near coughed up my marbles it was so cold!
