DIY - M37 Toolbox Drawers
I wanted to be able to take advantage of the M37's great toolbox compartments, so I devised these slide out drawers. They are made of 1/2" particle board. I know, not the best choice, but plywood is so ridiculously expensive, and hardly straight anymore. I could have used sheet metal to help increase durability and increase the usable space a little, but I'm a woodburner, not a metal worker. Be sure to prime and paint the heck out of them as the compartment is not water tight, and don't forget the drainage holes.
I've included my CAD drawing in both .dwg and .bmp formats, and a few pictures of some stuff I just threw in there for effect. Unfortunately, the oil containers don't really fit up where they are in the picture when slid into the compartment.
Have fun!

Great Idea Greg,
I was thinking about taking it further, adding a formica or another smooth surface product. I would even be tempted to fab them out of sheet steel, welded/folded maybe? The wood could also help w/ deadening some sound?
Just a thought..........
