Took me a while to track down the oil leak. It was spraying the frame and traveling along the inside then dripping.
Took some cardboard, put it under the area suspected and along the frame. I had suspected it was the threads near the block.
Nope, it was the "new" oil pressure switch. Leaking out where the tabs exited the plastic only when the pressure got about 50psi.

They just don't make 'em like they used to huh?

No, no they don't. The part was covered under a 60 day warranty. When they gave me the replacement switch you could tell the plastic was a lot thicker and the whole unit was a little heftier.
The title says 12V, but the description says it works in any 12-24V vehicle. I confirmed this prior to ordering. As long as you don't exceed 30V, it will be fine. I've tested it out with several different devices (including charging my laptop) and it works fine.
I do wish it was offered with a red LED readout, rather than the bright blue. Red just seems more in character with the truck to me. Fortunately, it does come with a cover, which blocks most of the light when not in use. (I ended up putting a piece of electricians tape inside the cover to block all of the light.)

They do make those USB ports that will run directly off a 24V system.
I saw those but I wanted the 12v circuit other planned electronics.
I decided on this one as the body is metal and it's able to be shut off (no light):
2 PACK 12V USB Car Socket Round USB C 12V Outlet, 3-Port Marine USB Fast Charger Waterproof Cigarette Outlet USB Replacement Aluminum with Switch & Voltmeter, Suitable for Boat Golf Cart RV Motorcycle https://a.co/d/izSqFSj
Has a rubber cover but it hinged on the top and got in the way. Snip, it's gone.
