I like using Royal Purple products. Locally I found Hot Rod shops have the product but at a premium price, I contacted a local air compressor repair house and they stock most of the RP product line.

Wes the articles were very good reading. I see that this type of oil is used for worm drives that run continuously and under heavy loads.460 and 680 wt is pretty heavy, makes sense when you see what it does. No wonder it won't climb out of the box.

They have just begun to carry Royal Purple. The mgr. there gave me the regional R. P. sales mgr's number. Haven't reached him yet. I will call him tomorrow. So everyone at the store is interested as well as me. We are all going to learn about worm gear oil.
