right now it is there just to keep everything straight. I assume that you can get to it from the bottom with an extension (been a while since I tore it apart).

got one side done, have you ever seen so many holes? It had/has two antenna mounts (it is an M42). Mounts will go back on- I'll have to see what else I can install- with all of my predrilled attaching spots.
I have pretty much figured out that the fuel filler tube needs to be attached to the side before you install the side, as I cannot get it in now. Luckily the side is only sitting there (test fit) to find out these kind of problems. everything else seems to fit fine.

A little paint and it will be like new!! This is after several hours of pounding trying to get it straight, worst part on the whole truck. I wish these things weren't so expensive, would like a better one. Took me several years to find this one (at a price I would pay). My truck didn't have a tailgate when I bought it, It is a mess.
