well its not the carb... just put a rebuilt one on there.. go to the electrical now..

I encourage you to verify the float level. Wet, not dry.

I would also check if you are getting the required volume of fuel.

run the truck till she dies turn off the pump immediately, remove cover and see if the bowl is low/empty or pull the drain plug and measure.
