Glad you enjoyed it, I think the 30 minute episode that was filmed here is number 6 or 7 in the series, so those are a few weeks out to airing.

I recorded it, lost a few seconds in the middle so I'll catch the replay next week. I liked what I saw overall.

I have not seen the episode yet but have been spending the weekend with Bob, the owner of the M-20. He's a member of Dixie Division and we have had a display of vehicle here at Barber's Motorsports Park for their HUGE motorcycle rally. HUGE! I will pose some photos in the next day or so. You guys should see him driving it on the interstate to get to shows!

Words don't do justice to the amazing restoration done on the M-20.

That is great news! Always good to hear about vehicles running and performing well after a build. We put a lot of special effort into the M20 project trying to make it better for the specific conditions Bob expected such as driving on modern high speed freeways. LOTS of specialty components were incorporated into that build for similar reasons.

We are out of power here today thanks to hurricane Matthew, I'm running on generator power. We were not actually that close to the storm, but all the power crews have headed east to where the brunt of the storm damage is, so here we sit in the dark with no available crews to fix things. Talk is it may be days before we see any. 61 Duke Energy customers are affected by this local outage, power is up and running less than 1/4 mile from us.

I saw the first episode, looks good and I can agree with 99% of things that were said, but it seems more like the introductory to the military vehicle hobby for first timers or people thinking of buying a MV.

Cant wait to see yours Charles!

This is true, lots of it was geared in that direction. The episode at the Monroe Air Show will be totally different, although weather for that event was terrible last year, so that caused them to go in a somewhat different direction than was the original intent. I believe that show was to be aired this morning, I have not seen today's episode yet.

The show they did with us was discussing some component rebuild needs for Bob's M38, which we did do some major rebuilding on it and several other of Bob's vehicles in the coming months. We did some major component rebuilds and wiring on two M38's and two M151's for Bob. Some other parts of this same show covers a major M20 restoration project, an M35A2 mechanical restoration with many upgrades including a new Cummins diesel, both of which were in process when filming was done here at M Series Rebuild. We were just finishing up a high end build of a civilian Power Wagon at that time. Bob was so taken by its show quality appearance and upgrades incorporated into that build, he immediately asked to do a small segment of the episode to include it. We'll all have to wait and see how much of the actual filming makes it in the show on TV. I'm sure some editing will have taken place.

You can keep a check on youtube-military collector's tv. They usually list the episode that is to air the following Sat morning at 8:30 eastern. You can also watch episodes that have already aired on youtube in the event you couldn't watch the show on Saturday.
