Guys,

Just found some info on #8 O-Ring. They're made by Danco for faucet repair and available at Home Depot, Lowes, etc.

Here's how the 3 compare;

...................ID.....................OD...............Thickness

ORD.........11/32 (0.34375).....37/64 (0.59375)......0.140

#8...........12/32 (0.375)........36/64 (0.5625).......0.09375 (3/32)

#110.........11.6/32 (0.362).....36/64 (0.0568).......0.103

Sorry about all the dots.....the TAB function doesn't seem to work in this forum.

I wonder what the No. 8 faucet washers are made of? If they're not oil compatible (since they're intended for a water faucet), putting them in the pinion nut to separate the transfer case lubricant and the speedo cable grease might not be a good idea.
