On my truck I used the vent hook up on the master cylinder as a hook up for my pressure bleeder. That way I dump a quart of fluid in and let it flow with no need to check the master cylinder level. I have about a 24" piece of clear flexible tubing with an attachment for the end of the power bleeder. I tape a piece of open cell foam over the end when not using it and the filler tube becomes my filtered master cylinder vent. I am not running my brake and gas tank vents to the intake elbow.
