How do you like your hard top, is the rear window a slider?

For most of the time I love the hardtop as it means the cab is always nice and warm. I was actually looking for a canvas cab setup to use for the summer but the cost is just too much
The window is the proper slider type which is great for ventilation or chatting to folk in the back!
