You're going to need some hella small tools to work on that beast!
Re: Grandpa’s M37
Finally got a bunch of parts back from the blasters. Another trip to MWM is in order too. But I did drive it up and down the street on Sunday waving to the neighbors!

Re: Grandpa’s M37
So, I, uh, was cleaning up the shop and found the bench bleeding instructions for the mc….which I forgot to do!
Tear it out and bench bleed? Everything is hooked up.

I never bench bleed a MC.
Get a pressure bleeder and do it in the truck.
You only have to do it once that way, and you can do it without any helper.

Re: Grandpa’s M37
I made this up to easily pressurize my MC, and bleed my brakes by myself. Be sure to turn off the vent valve, or you will pump brake fluid out onto the garage floor. Bought from Jegs or Summit a half inch NPT fitting and then from same a smaller NPT with a nipple, and a Motive pressure bleeder which I have used before on other cars. Let me try to post a pic.... Hal.

Re: Grandpa’s M37
yeah, a tank with with a pump handle, with a pressure gage, and a plastic hose you can connect to whatever fitting you want. Takes a little planning to get what you need, but works slick as a whistle. Jegs or Summit has what you need. Hal
Re: Grandpa’s M37
Same as Hal-Motive bleeder with a fabbed MC plug.

Re: Grandpa’s M37
Thanks guys. Wasn’t sure if there was any magic in bleeding on the bench. Doesn’t sound like it, just might take a little more time to properly bleed the system.
