My bumper markings

Here is what I found after some careful sanding. The pictures don't show much so I included a little drawing of how they appear. Anybody know what they mean? I have no clue being a civvie! Thanks!

6th Army 75th Group.....Headquarters vehicle #8

Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco had its headquarters at the Presidio of San Francisco and serviced the twelve western states in the United States.
October 1, 1994 Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco were deactivated.
