Vacuum Wiper Motor Overhall

Has anyone here successfully overhauled a wiper motor with commonly available materials like paper for gaskets and leather for the paddle?

Yes I have rebuilt several, as long as the inside isn't pitted or galled up it will work just fine.

Mine from the left is suctioning air continuously from the valve. I have to disassemble it.
