Bought a new door latch for the right door, when I got it , it was not right. Part # on the box was 2510-741-0635.

it is close, but the arm is too short and the handle stub is different. Any ideas on what this is supposed to fit?

one more pic. The lock part is pretty much identical, as is the handle end with the exception of the part the handle attaches to.

The NSN traces back to General Motors, so maybe a part for an M135?

As Elwood surmised, the part is for the g749. M135/M211 trucks.
Thanks, now I can sell it and get the right one for my M37.
