William Delk of Delk's Surplus in Asheboro, NC passed away January 28th.
Rich S. was taking me there last week for my first visit and we got the news when we arrived. He will be missed by the local MV community and many others. His brother and the staff plan to keep the business running. From what I was told this man was a wealth of knowledge in MV's and specifically generators.

So sorry to hear of this; I know that name but can't recall the background. Always a shame to lose another HMV enthusiast.

Re: William Delk/Delk's Surplus
Sad day, knew William for years, big in the generator field. William's Dad, Dempsy Delk was more the truck man. We just heard of William's passing a couple of weeks ago when one of his clients contacted us about completing a wiring harness installation on a 2 1/2-ton that William had in process when he became ill.
