Got the rubber cowl/windshield gasket.
It doesn't seem wide enough to completely fill the gap from front to back
It looks like it will do a dandy job sealing out water though and it will look good on the outside.
I am going to use some black permatex to be absolutely sure its watertight.
Beats duct tape!
I also found some satin paint in a color called hunting lodge green i like a lot

I used the gaskets from two pickle buckets and the black permatex. Checking your mileage?

Re: hi all. new kid here. M43B1 owner
found a write up on how to wire the alternator.
I get confused easily with electrical stuff and will try my best
Going to swap pulleys this morning and call the parts store to see if they have the plug in yet
Cs144 140 amp

I dont wanna jinx myself
But i think the ambulance might be mechanically done.
I will keep taking it on short trips and if nothing pops up
I will completely trust it to go anywhere.
If so
Now comes the fun part
Painting and tidying up the interior.
Restoring all the cool plates on the dash
New steering wheel etc.
I LOVE this part of a build
