9x16 tubes and flaps with correct valve source?

i have searched ,searched and searched some more.
and i find old answers to this question
and every answer has dead links
either the seller died
or the place is no longer in business
does anyone know where i can get the 9x16 tubes and flaps with the right valve?

Have you tried Wallace Wade Specialty Tires in Dallas? He advertises in Supply Line.......so I assume he's got the correct tubes.

John Bizal has them, he sent me a tube and flap a few months back, along with a load of other goodies that the truck inhaled.
