lettering on very back top of bed side.

It appears to say either Sl"ing Rate" or Spr"ing rate" at the top back of the bed. I can't find anything by searching that would call out what this was for. Any Ideas what it may actually be?

Of course this is after stripping about 4 layers of paint off and appears to be laid onto the ORIGINAL light green camo color...

It doesn't really matter cause its a resto-mod but I am curious.
