Recovery Time

Post by Monkey Man »

I just wanted to apologise for the fact I have not been following the forum closely the last couple of weeks, on the 17 of August I had my thyroid removed and on the 18th I got released, on the 19th I blacked out because of an inner ear problem and had a trip back to Hospital. Recovery has been good one day, slow the next and now I have picked up a cold which for whatever reason has decided to set in a bit so I will be a bit aloof for a short while longer hence the apology, Many thanks to Gary and Bert for taking up the slack 8)
I'll try to get back to my "Trained Monkey on Guard" duties ASAP :-)

Shift the transfer case into low, sit back and relax!

Get well soon!

Glad you're recovering! I thought it a bit odd that you hadn't weighed in lately :)

Thanks for the update, I have been wondering how you were doing since we last messaged each other. How is Ann taking all this since you have been sitting back and taking sick leave?

MM,

I wish you the best for a speedy and full recovery but seriously shift it down into low and take it easy.

By all means Tony, take the time you need to get yourself back on the ball. We need you in top condition so we can torment you. Our best to you , Annie and the midgets.

MM,
I had mine removed back in 2006, do you have to go on the iodine pills for a while? Best wishes for a speedy recovery.
