What bolt pattern/rims are those rotors for?

Look Closer, Those are 6 lug hubs as well.
My guess is an Isuzu NPR or Mitsubishi Fuso

That is what I thought also. I looked up the Japanese trucks, and they have kind of similar looking wheels also. How is the caliper going to be attached. It looks mocked up right nowTuko wrote:Looks like m37 in the first few pics

Its definitely an M37, but it looks to me like he's adapting 6 lug hubs onto the stock spindle.

the nice thing is a flat plate on the spindle bolts will mount the caliper. the bad is its not a 2.5ton bolt pattern. he will need a wheel adapter and a minimum 18in wheel.
