Hi macibell,

You posted a while back about converting to a 12V system. Is that what you're talking about here? If so....did you change all the 24V bulbs to 12V bulbs?

If they got brighter with the ground you need to go and clean all of your grounding strap locations and make sure the battery terminals are nice and clean too.
That being said, switch to relays and you'll be so much happier and so will your wiring....

Hi macibell,

Should be pretty easy to troubleshoot. Measure the voltage at each light, first with the grounds you have, then measure with respect to a known good ground, such as where the battery grounds to the frame.....or from the (-) terminal on the battery itself. Should tell you everything you need to know. :D
