Yes Bruce they all live in New Holland Pa. and travel slightly over 1/2 hour to get here, yesterday we had a crew of 6, all family that came to work on the job.

I bought the coated panels at a local contractor supply house that I deal with. This is sold in flat panels, not rolls and was not found at a local big box store like Lowes.
Great progress, I like the large power vent in the end wall. I did mine thru the roof cupola because I have a flat ceiling in my pole barn.
I see your M is dying to get in her new home in the second picture.

We used to use panels like that to do some portions of bridge building when I was the inspector assigned to the project, usually for approach roadway slabs, great idea for a garage floor.
I bought two vents at a yard sale, real quality stuff. Have wondered if they grew legs at a building job and wound up in the guys front yard.

Well Bert, That's next after the floor gets poured tomorrow, have to also connect the downspouts underground to the 20"X40"X8" deep drywell we had to install it's a township code requirement, no roof runoff allowed on the surface, must go "in the hole".

Carter........it looks great. But help me understand pole buildings. In the pic with your M looking at the garage the building is done but there is a space between the ground and the bottom of the walls all around except where the poles are. Then in the pic of the guys bringing in the concrete to pour on top of the vapor barrier.........that space under each wall is filled in with something grey. Did they pack concrete in there under the walls as sort of a pseudo footing......or am missing a step?
WOW a rear discharge cement truck............I haven't seen one of those in years around here. That Redi-Mix company is rockin it old school.
I didn't see any wire mesh down? Did you go with fiber in the mix?
