Re: door hinge pins
Could always hit it with an oxy torch to expand the hinges and knock the pin out. I'd also use liberal amounts of your favorite penetrating oil to let soak over night before going at it again.
Re: door hinge pins
Heats a good idea, use a heat gun after letting the penetrating oil work a little. I used a medium Phillips Head screw driver to start the whole she-bang, make sure your ready to catch it, my second go round I had milk crates at the ready. Re: door hinge pins
the pins on my truck were so tight that i had to drill the head off, then support the hinge with a high lift jack, add heat, then pounded out the pin with high quality punch.then due to wear i drilled out the hole and used a nut and bolt
.............................. use it ...............

Thanks to all you guys who chimed in. the doors are on. soaked the hinges up with blaster last night. Used a philips screw driver (flattend the head) and it all worked out fine. #1 advice goes to M37 bruce the screw driver fit the hole and did its job. Thanks all vinnytruck P.S. pictures soon I promise...I promise.
