GLOVE BOX SUPPORTS?

Post by mix4coal »

When we got our truck the glove box was out of the truck. My question is are the screws for the door and the screws on the top edge the only thing that holds the box in? It seems that there should be a bracket in the rear to support the box. Am I missing something?Any info and pictures would help.
Thanks. Happy Easter

That's the only support, the attachments at the front of the glovebox

Your golvebox should only need extra support if you're going to store your Nazi "lost" gold bars, lead cased plutonium or the even rarer neutron matter in there, apart from that all should be ok....

Hey, I bolted my MUTT heater top bracket to the back-center of the glove box-plenty strong, too!
