Does anyone know if I could easily put a m37 or civi power wagon transfer case with pto in a 42 dodge wc12?
Thanks
Transfer case compatibility?

Re: Transfer case compatibility?
The NP200 in my M37 does not have a PTO opening on it... I don't remember seeing any in the civillian cases either, as for compatibility, the M37 mounts on two separate cross members with four rubber mounts while the civillian trucks kind of hung the case from a single overhead mount ( still four rubber pucks to mount it but closer together)

Good info. Thanks! I hope it is possible. I will crawl around under it better.
My 52 m37 has front pto. My 49 power wagon has front and rear pto on it.
I have spare transfer cases w pto for both and am interested in picking up a 42 wc12,
Can't help my self. But I really love the winches on these trucks! Use them a lot! Unstoppable:)

Re: Transfer case compatibility?
Hi Jared,
No NP200 transfer case I have ever seen or heard of has PTO openings. If you have transfer cases that do, they may be NP205s. The WC12 has a single speed transfer case, which is much smaller than the 200s (or 205s) People have made the swap, but it is not plug and play.
