Horn cable wiring

What started out as a brake job has now gotten to the point where I have the front end down to the knuckles. As long as it is so open and easy to work in that area I thought I'd replace the horn cable at the same time (and the steering wheel). The old horn cable was pretty shredded. Where does it actually connect in to the harness? I can't find the harness end of the shredded part. Thanks

The horn button cable connector should be #25B and it should connect to wire #25A located on the left front fender splash shield.
