Today during my lunch break I got the M37 off the jackstands and out of the warehouse here at work. That was of course after moving about 10 pallets out of the way and getting my co-workers to help swing the rear end around with the floor jack so I could back out carefully around the parts shelves.
After some cranking to get fuel up to the engine she fired right up. I took it around the block and then to get some fresh fuel in it. On the road again

Are you going to take that thing to Findlay? I'm thinking of going up on Friday (have a conflict on Sat and Sun so Friday would be my only day). I'd love to see it in person. Heck if your going up on Friday I'd even volunteer to be your chase vehicle.
Glad you got it out of storage. Also nice to know you have a storage place like that.
Good to hear it's on the road again David, get any smiles or waves? Took mine out today for a 10 mile drive to pick up some dog food and fill the tank to get ready for next weeks rally. http://www.militaryvehicleshow.com/

Joe, Can't do Findlay with the M . It would take alot of $ fuel to get there. Plus I am tied up Friday and Saturday as well. I appreciate the chase vehicle offer.
Yes Carter, I did get some thumbs up. I pulled into the gas station next to a 4 door wrangler, the fellow just stared at my truck

Yes, It feels good to be driving the big rig again. I brought it home today from the warehouse. About 20 miles. Ran sweet. Got lots of looks and thumbs up from passers by.
