TM 9-8030 lists it as 200-225 pound-feet.

Thanks Carter. Wow, I would not have guessed that high! Looks like I may need to check them on a regular basis, the ones I took off seemed to be somewhat easy. Of course, the military bar is a good 2.5-3 feet long.

It's hard to over torque a Budd Wheel by hand.

Air wrench, different story.
