Vintage Power Wagons went over there and to Thailand a few years back-you might contact them to see if they have a source.

There is an ebay seller, cant recall his handle, who appears to be in Viet Nam. You might do an ebay search for M37 parts and look at where items are located to find him.

Not sure as to why the PM didn't work, you can always contact me via the E-Mail address listed on here anyhow.
Browns plains? - My Dad is up that way somewhere, what part of it are you in?
My truck is in a lot of parts at present also, everything is out to be checked, repaired as needed, re-sealed and refitted so I get another long period of reliability from it, let me and the guys know as you find things that need to be found and we''ll all get you sorted....
Have fun on your trip :D

im on the south side moorooka ,annerly ,part of the truck is under house the rest of it at Kingaroy .I did have a M601 in rough condition but it was stolen by liar, cheat ,and thief, Chester McDonald[never deal or have anything do with this a...hole] from Rockhampton where it is now, Police there are not helping much ,despite investigation [so i have my suspicions what is ''going on''].There is a powerwagon for sale near Seymour near where i used to live, its on Ebay and Gumtree ,if it was nearby here, i would buy it, but the freight from there is a killer so will give it a miss .Hopefully will find something interesting in viet let you know in three weeks
cheers MM

Two things I would bring back from Vietnam. The first would be pictures,to see how it is now compared to how it looked in my memories of 1968. The other is if M1 carbine parts are kicking around? Certain bits bring big $$$ here.
