Home I need to reseal and do a small repair to the winch and need the correct center to center dimension across the top of the winch. That is side to side on the top support plate. Mine is bent up bad and I need to make a new one.

Thank you Tom for your input. But I still need that dimension as I'm building an improved version out of Stainless Steel with rollers.

I went out in the shop and pulled a top plate and came up with 14.5" center to center on the top holes where the plate bolts down.
