Parking brake drum

Can anyone tell me if the parking brake drum from the M-37 will fit the WW 2 WC series? I am going to need one and the usual sources don't list them unless I overlooked them.

I believe it is the same as the 3/4 ton WCs, but cant comment -on the 1/2 tons.

The reason I was going on that was VPW lists the same drum for 1940 1/2 tons through 1971 3/4 tons. Mine is 7.25 x 2.75.
