Windshield Alignment?

Post by Wayne64 »

In a perfect world, should the windshield frame be parallel to the door jam? The reason I ask is that I rough hung my door shells today and one side wouldn't close due to the rubber end seals under the frame when locked down. I'm under the gun to get my final parts painted before I lose decent temperatures for spraying in my tent spray booth. Thanks all

Wayne, If I recall my windshield frame extends roughly .050-.750" past the cab door jamb. The rubber gaskets are notched to allow the door to close. I will get a picture posted tomorrow for you unless somebody beats me to it. There are several adjustments that can be made to the doors for in/out, forward/back, up/down, ect. in the body manual.
