IH Ex-Navy 4x4, buy it so I can't get some M37 parts

Post by DAP »

My friend Andy says

"1967 International Harvester 4x4 ex-navy, ex-Georgia disaster relief vehicle, still has stencils under the camo paint job on it. Ambulance has Model 1200 ALL WHEEL DRIVE badges on front fenders, 3/4 Ton rated, lock out hubs, 6 cylinder motor, manual transmission, 13000 miles, runs and drives good. Needs carb and brake work. Lots of room inside of this baby. 4 brand new tires go with the ambulance on 4 extra rims. Price is $2500 for ambulance. Make me a good offer, I want to sell. Clear title for ambulance and is in my name. This is the same type of ambulance you see in the movie FULL METAL JACKET. The other one in the movie is a dodge. Ambulance is located in Monroe, North Carolina 28112. Thanks. Andy Hinson in Monroe, North Carolina. Telephone number is 1-704-291- 6333. No email at this time"

It is still for sale. Call him and make him a good offer, he wants to sell. Don't ask me questions as I am just posting for a friend. Please call him direct. He does not have access to a computer anymore. Pictures located at

Yep it"s certainly a Binder,I had neighbor that always drove Binders and they were beasts. His were all 304 ci and very very heavy. This is fairly interesting to the fact there were not many of these made for the military because Kaiser/Jeep got the bid over the Internationals for the contract.
