How to install freeze plugs?

Re: How to install freeze plugs?
How about we start a new name for 'em and just call 'em "bungs?"
(You know...like a bung in a barrel? Does the same thing, just in a metal hole.)

I somehow knew that a supposed expert would chime in... usually the same ones that will tell you how to pick up a turd by the clean end.

No need to turn negative Tanner. I merely pointed out that this isn't a contest to see who can win the spelling bee. I can provide just as much dictionary proofs for "expansion plug", or Welsh Plug" as you can for core plug. None of us have claimed only one of the three names is correct. Only you have done that and you are incorrect. Core plug is not the only answer. I assumed by your declaration of fact that you were the supposed expert!

Amazing,
such a heated debate over a simple core plug.

Hey, Tanner! Long time, no see. Same for Cabell. Is he still playing with M37s?
Now for some really useful EXPERT advice regarding the picking up of turds:
"Never pick up a turd by the tapered end. The mass of the blunt end quickly fatigues the tensile strength of the tapered end, resulting in a sh!tty discoloration of whatever it happens to fall upon."

Question of the day: Why are turds always tapered at one end?
Answer to QoD: So your butt hole don't slam shut.

I would bet that the government has already funded a study on this.

You can always spot the high stress folks. Their turd tapering system isn't working.

Really I couldn't care less about this thread as it has turned foolish +. The only positive aspect I see out of it is that you are on somebody else's case for once besides mine; VERY UNUSUAL, but I figure that will likely change now after this post. Hope it gets more interesting.cuz wrote:You can always spot the high stress folks. Their turd tapering system isn't working.

No, it just means I don't care to read about useless garbage. Darn, it still didn't get more interesting though.cuz wrote:Does this mean you are the light humor policeman now!Charles said: Really I couldn't care less about this thread as it has turned foolish +. My day is going pretty smooth thus far; I think i'll just let this go, no sense in ruining a good day over useless garbage, right?
Have a great 4th, later.
