Sal,
The bumpers on the side of the seat and the bumpers on the floor look to be the same size.
The bumpers snap in to the hole and have a little "tail" , cone shaped sticking through.

In response to this thread and to the Swap Meet thread: "Is this a one piece or two piece strap?"
It was a one piece that originally passed through the seat box slots cut into the early trucks (we already knew that). I did a search on the FSN (added 5330- to the PN listed in the ORD 9 manual) and was directed to a NSN (5340-00-678-9031) for a nylon replacement strap that is 1" x 18". I don't have a 1st aid kit there so I can't say for sure it is correct size but it sounds about right in length.
