I recently acquired a M-37 and last week I registered it on this site. One of the items that it asked for was the contract number. In my case my tag only says "9198". However a few nights ago I was looking at the ContractNumbers page on this site and found that the contact number like that was "DA-20-018-ORD-9198" and was for only TWO vehicles! So a couple of questions; (1) were the tags for these supposed to be marked "DA-20-018-ORD-9198" as shown on the webpage or just simply as "9198"? (2) Does anybody know why the government only ordered two vehicles under that contract? (3) I'm not sure if my M-37 is one of the two vehicles bought under that contract. One one thing, the data plate on mine says it was delivered on 8-15-51 but the webpage says that the vehicles in contract DA-20-018-ORD-9198 were delivered between 1 Nov 52 and 1 Mar 54. (A year and half to deliver 2 vehicles?) Does anyone know more about contract DA-20-018-ORD-9198?
Opinions?

Column three lists production date of the latest M37 in the web site's data base (registry) with that contract number.
Column four lists the total of trucks in the current registry with that contract number. (Not the total produced under that contract)
