Propeller shaft needed

Post by m37jarhead »

OK, I screwed up. I was towing my M home after removing the engine and tranmission. I failed to properly support the short propeller shaft between the transmission and the transfer case. You guessed it, the female end worked loose and fell off somehwere in route, never to be found again.
There is a picture of it in TM 9-8031-2, page 225, assy# 7373706.
Anybody got an extra female end propeller shaft that they want to part
with????

Look in the swap meet section and there's Brian Cessna parting out a M43. I think he has a shaft.

I bought several thing from him so he is ok!
